How After-Sales Support Works

    Describe the issue and send clear photos/videos if possible. We’ll respond with the next steps.

    Movement repair (if needed)
    If the issue is related to the movement, we will provide a repair address where you can send the watch for service.

    Replacement parts (if needed)
    If you need parts such as a strap, clasp, or other components, contact us and we can arrange shipment of the parts to you.

    Shipping costs
    Please note that after-sales shipping costs are paid by the customer (sending or receiving items).
QC Policy: We ship only after the watch passes our QC checks. This helps reduce the chance of receiving a defective watch.
