QC Process – How We Check Each Watch Before Shipping

QC Check Process

Every watch is checked before shipping. Below is a straightforward overview of our QC routine — we focus on the details that actually matter in daily wear: appearance, functions, and stable performance.

1

Overall Appearance

We start with a full visual check — looking for visible defects, scratches, or anything that doesn’t look right.

2

Case & Dial Inspection

Next we inspect the case and dial up close — making sure it’s clean and consistent, with no dust, hair, or debris inside the dial.

3

Bracelet & Clasp

We check the bracelet and clasp for alignment, smooth operation, and a secure lock — nothing should feel loose or rough.

4

Time & Date Functions

We set the time and test the date/calendar to make sure everything changes smoothly and works the way it should.

5

Movement Check

This is the key part — we confirm the movement runs properly and consistently before moving on to the accuracy test.

6

Time Accuracy Test

Finally, we use a timing machine to measure accuracy and make sure the daily deviation stays within a reasonable range.

QC photos and videos are shared before shipping, so you can review everything first and confirm it looks right.
