VSF 126610LN — He Got His First Watch, and Ordered a Second One the Same Day

To protect our customer’s privacy, we’ll refer to him as K.

I want to share something that happened this week with a customer based in Miami, Florida.

K ordered a VS Factory Submariner 126610LN 41mm, the black no-date. His first time buying from us. Like most first-time customers, especially ones overseas, he was a bit nervous about shipping. I get it — you’re sending money to someone you’ve never met, for a package coming from the other side of the world. That’s a lot of trust.

So throughout the whole shipping process, K kept me updated. “It’s at the FedEx hub in Memphis.” Next day: “Package is in Miami now, pending delivery.” I told him what I always tell my customers — it usually takes about 10 to 12 days, sometimes faster, but it always arrives safely. That’s just how it works. We’ve done this many, many times.

I also told him something I genuinely believe: don’t rush to buy a second watch. Receive the first one, see it in person, put it on your wrist. If you’re happy, then we talk about the next one. I never chase orders. I’d rather have a customer who’s truly satisfied than one who spent money and regretted it.

Then on a Wednesday morning, I got his message:

“Arrived! 🤗👍🏻 It’s very nice! Thank you Ray”

He sent me a wrist shot. The 41mm looked perfect on him — he mentioned he has large wrists, and the size was just right. Not too big, not too small.

But K isn’t the type to just say “looks good” and leave it there. He asked real questions — the kind you’d ask if you actually know watches:

First, he wanted to confirm the movement. Yes, it’s the VS DD3235 with 70-hour power reserve. I told him he can test it himself — wind it up fully, set it down, and see how many days it keeps running.

Then he asked about water resistance. He said he doesn’t dive, but wanted to know if any pressure testing was done. I told him the truth: daily use is completely fine — swimming, washing hands, rain, no problem. Just don’t soak it in hot water, because heat is bad for the seals. That’s the only thing to watch out for.

After all that, his response was simple:

“Very pleased Ray. It’s a great watch!”

Now here’s the part that really made my day.

That same afternoon — literally hours after receiving his Submariner — K messaged me again. “Next purchase: the Bruce Wayne.” That’s the GMT with the Batman bezel, 40mm. He asked if we could take photos of the movement during bench testing before shipping. Of course, anything the customer wants, we do it.

By that evening, he’d already placed the order on the website, paid the deposit, and we arranged everything.

Think about that. He went from “nervous first-time buyer tracking his FedEx package across the country” to “placing a second order the same day his first watch arrived.” Nobody does that unless they’re genuinely happy with what they received.

I’m not sharing this to brag. I’m sharing this because I know a lot of you reading this are in the same position K was a week ago — thinking about buying, but not sure if you can trust the process. That’s fair. All I can say is: the watches speak for themselves. And if you don’t believe me, maybe K’s story will help.

He’s waiting for his Bruce Wayne now. I’ll update this when he gets it.

Finally, I am showing everyone the actual photos of the VSF 126610LN taken before shipment. We will send you all this basic information before the item is shipped.
