Upon receiving your order, please immediately inspect the watch for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. You may manually wind the watch to check if it runs properly, and test the time and date adjustment functions to ensure everything is working correctly.

If there are any issues or defects with the watch, please do not remove the protective film, do not resize the bracelet, and do not wear the watch. Items that have not been worn and are in resalable condition are eligible for return or exchange. However, watches that have been worn, straps with crease marks, bracelets that have been sized, or watches with the protective film removed will not be accepted for return and will only be covered under warranty. Yes, all our watches undergo a comprehensive QC inspection before shipment to ensure the timepiece you receive is in excellent condition and functions properly.

The main process includes:

1、Visual Inspection

Each component—case, bezel, dial, hands, crystal, indices, and strap—is individually checked for flawlessness and secure fit.

2、Movement Testing

We check for stable timekeeping, normal daily deviation, and absence of abnormal sounds after vigorous shaking.
We also perform winding and functional tests according to the model.

3、Function Verification

We test all functions specific to the model, including date adjustment, chronograph pushers, GMT hands, and luminescence, to ensure they operate correctly.

4、Actual Photos & Video

Upon QC completion, we record an actual video and photos of the watch for your confirmation.
Shipment is arranged only after your approval.
