IWC knows how to do blue sunburst dial. Even my wife who knows nothing about watches was drawn into the blue dial on this one. When set next to the regular black dialed 3777, there was no comparison. The subdials are recessed slightly with a circular texture that gives them visual contrast against the rest of the dial. Got it on the bracelet and super glad I did, almost went with the strap just to save a few bucks and that would've been a huge mistake.
The 69385 clone movement is what sold me on this. Chronograph functions well and resets cleanly to zero. On the timegrapher it shows 0-5 seconds fast depending on position, but on my wrist it's been dead accurate so far. Couldn't believe I'd see a proper IWC clone movement like this — the older 7750-based ones were ticking time bombs.
